Dana has always been interested in homes, exploring old abandoned homes with his brother looking for discarded treasure while they were still kids.  His first foray intoe investment property came when he was only 18 years old, buying a three family home on land contract.  The next home was another three family, and then Dana was hooked on owning real estate.  From there on out he primarily invested in single family homes, first as rental properties, and then using a buy, fix-up and sell business model as well. 

With over 15 years experience in the home remodeling field, Dana's experience is well rounded as a real estate consultant. 

Dana has been married for 30 years, with 3 kids and 2 Australian Cattle Dogs (Blue Heelers).  He strives to honor his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in all he does.  His ministries include the Truth Project, and Transport for Christ.
